VisitRecall is shutting down

VisitRecall stopped recording visits on September 30, 2026. Records can be downloaded or deleted through December 31, 2026.

What happens to your data

After December 31, 2026 everything is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Records shared with you by a family member must be downloaded by that person.

How to save your data

These steps come from the official notice linked below. We have not run them on a live account yet.

1. Go to visitrecall.com/manage-my-data and sign in with the phone number you use in the app.
2. Download the printable file (summaries, terms, questions, next steps) to keep or bring to your doctor.
3. Optionally download the JSON file with every stored field, including raw transcripts, for moving to another app.
4. Profiles you manage (a child's or parent's) are included in the download.

Alternatives

We haven't verified any alternatives for VisitRecall yet. Makers can submit one; we check every claim before listing it.
