Fond closes Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET. Subscription sales and renewals stopped on October 9 and refunds began.

What happens to your data

After closing, Fond deletes all personal data (accounts, contact details, cooking history, tokens, analytics identifiers); deletion completes by February 1, 2027. Purchase records are kept seven years as financial records. Recipe links on recipe.getfond.com and getfond.com/r/ stop working on October 29.

How to save your data

These steps come from the official notice linked below. We have not run them on a live account yet.

1. Update the app to version 3.2.0.
2. Open Settings and tap Export my data (above Delete Account).
3. In-app export keeps working on the closed screen until January 31, 2027, if you stay signed in.
4. If you can't update or are signed out, email [email protected] for a download link by January 15, 2027.
